Subscription Policy – Cross Stitch Project Bag of the Month Club

Thank you for subscribing to our Project Bag of the Month Club! Here's everything you need to know about managing your subscription.

Billing & Delivery Your subscription will be billed automatically each month on the date you first subscribed. Each month you'll receive a new, exclusive cross stitch project bag delivered straight to your door.

Skipping or Pausing Life gets busy! You can skip or pause your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account and managing your subscription from there.

Cancellation You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Simply log into your customer account and select "Cancel subscription." Cancellations take effect immediately — you won't be charged for the following month.

Refunds As each bag is prepared especially for subscribers, we're unable to offer refunds on subscription orders once they have been processed and dispatched. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll make it right.

Changes to Your Subscription You can update your shipping address or payment method at any time through your customer account.
